Experience a dynamic 1-hour and 20-minute Calisthenics & Pilates fusion class led by the talented duo, Tim B and Triana C fallow by a breath work session from Nathi R . This unique session is designed to energize your body, elevate your movement, and reconnect you with your body awareness.
